Green initiatives - Powered by HML (HoustonMediaLab)

Lately, we've been very active in promoting green initiatives, particularly in our own products. Since we've invested in Texas Wind Energy to help offset web hosting server emissions, our database center is now powered by 130% wind energy. We're not just neutralizing our environmental impact, we're reversing it. Our database center has purchased certified Renewable Energy Credits effectively representing 130% of the electricity used to both power and cool every one of our web hosting servers.
Not only are we actively involved in decreasing web hosting server emissions in our database center but we are also at the forefront of creating new "green" tech innovations. We will soon be releasing a side-project, EarthResume.com, which will specialize in offering new alternatives to building resumes that will assist in decreasing the consumption of paper, ink, and other materials used in developing resumes by job-seekers for potential employers in the job market. This will also help reduce massive clutter on employers desks.
Please stay tuned to our blog as we will be releasing new articles over the next few months tracking our every move in our "green" initiatives campaign. And remember, everything we do has an impact in the world we live in. So lets make a difference, together.
